Our Story

How It Started

Luis moved from Mexico to the Pacific Northwest and spent years studying the craft behind the sweet bread he grew up with, perfecting recipes, understanding fermentation, sourcing the right ingredients. When friends and neighbors kept asking to buy his bread, Seattle Oven was born.
